As the first complete vehicle manufacturing base established by FAW Volkswagen outside of its headquarters in Changchun, the Chengdu base has been carrying the mission of "green and intelligent manufacturing" since its inception.

The factory has won multiple heavyweight honors, including national green factory, provincial green factory in Sichuan Province, national three-star green industrial design building logo, and national three-star green industrial building operation logo.


The 18.9MW zero carbon energy-saving project of Zhensen Energy is the key engine that helps this benchmark factory move towards a "zero carbon factory".


The project provides reliable green power guarantee for highly automated production lines through stable supply of clean energy, promoting better operation of digital intelligent factories in energy efficiency management, production scheduling and other aspects, and providing a solid energy foundation for zero carbon goals.

Zhensen Energy has gained insight into the energy consumption characteristics of automotive intelligent manufacturing factories, fully utilizing the vast carport space of the base to tailor zero carbon energy-saving solutions for them. The project is like laying a layer of efficient "green energy armor" for this green factory, converting abundant sunlight resources into clean energy to drive production.


The project effectively alleviates the electricity pressure during peak production periods, reduces dependence on municipal power grids and traditional thermal power, helps enterprises continuously optimize electricity costs, and makes green environmental protection a new color for energy production. At the same time, the extensive coverage of "green energy armor" effectively cools down the factory area and reduces energy consumption during peak summer seasons, achieving multiple benefits of cost reduction, energy conservation, and green environmental protection.

Through a digitalized energy management system, the Internet of Things, and AI algorithms, the platform can monitor green electricity data, equipment status, load fluctuations, and environmental parameter changes in real time, and dynamically schedule the entire energy consumption chain of the base.


Intelligent matching of green power supply and energy peak regulation based on the electricity demand during different production periods, maximizing the utilization of green power while ensuring the stability of power consumption in the factory area.
